Category Archives: guest “every tree and plant in the meadow seemed to be dancing. those which average eyes would see as fixed and still.” – rumi we pay dearly for the eyes we own. we walk through storms and joy, learn lessons that tug at our souls and challenge our wills…we become parents. the latter really shook up…  life lights the way, meets you where you are, and lifts you up if you so allow it. little about mine has been linear, painless, or taken for granted. still, sometimes i spend so much time seeing what i want our lives to be, the ways i need to be better, that my eyes are… it is always the moments where we “run to get our camera” that the magic happens. very few times, do i find magic when the moment is planned. as always beautifully written amy, the love you have for your kids pours out of every single frame…and your words could not be more thoughtful and beautiful. you are so incredibly inspiring.  as i look at these pictures, i have tears streaming down my face. i need to tell you that, because you need to know how powerful they are to me. it’s a feeling i could draw upon at any moment, almost taste it, sweet and pure and nostalgic. you are huge and deep and brilliant… Gorgeous beautiful words & beautiful images, thanks for sharing Amy!
