Anyone who knows me knows how much I love iPhone photography. I think it's creative and spontaneous and allows us to capture the everyday like no other camera around. That is why I'm so excited to be sharing this collection of iPhone photos by Seattle photographer Christina Mallet. Christina is Seattle's most sought after boudoir photographer, but she is also a genius with her iPhone. Her work is playful and moody all at the same time. Each image tells a story. I just love it! If you are on Instagram, Christina is well worth following (@katrinkas_secret)! The images she gets on her phone are works of art. So inspired and rich! oh... and be sure to look for the image of Wendy Laurel working her magic! Too fun!

Wow! These photos are crazy, colorful, contrasty, and fun! Not one of them is a traditional portrait. They're all a little gritty, too, in an organized, purposeful sort of way. I'm loving the colors of the beach and sky, the wild sun flare, the reflection of light off the water and beach, and the fact that almost none of the shots are posed. The toddler's wild curls are to die for, and the textures throughout the series add to a particularly rugged theme in the series. Nature, intensity, fun, wildness, and spontaneity are in there, too.
